Welcome to Popmagly! We want to make sure your favorite magnetic stickers reach you safely and quickly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship our products and what to do if things don’t go as planned.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

Discreet Packaging (Your Privacy Matters)

We understand that privacy is a priority for many in our community. All orders are shipped in plain, neutral packaging. There are no “LGBTQ,” “Pride,” or rainbow markings on the outside of the package. The sender name will appear as “Popmagly” or our fulfillment partner to ensure your privacy.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days for international shipping, depending on your local customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on the road, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey directly on our website.

2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Popmagly magnets. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your unused magnets. To be eligible, the magnet must be in its original, unbent condition and in the original packaging.

Damage & Defects

If your magnet arrives bent, scratched, or has a printing error, please email [email protected] with a photo of the defect and your order number. We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.

Usage Disclaimer (Important for Car Magnets)

• Material Compatibility: Please note that magnets only stick to steel/iron surfaces. They will NOT stick to aluminum, carbon fiber, or plastic body panels (common on some modern vehicles like Teslas or certain trucks). Please test your car with a kitchen magnet before ordering.
• Theft or Loss: Popmagly is not responsible for magnets that are stolen from your vehicle or fly off during high-speed driving. Please ensure the surface is clean and the magnet is applied flatly for a secure hold.
• Car Washes: Please remove your magnets before using an automatic car wash to prevent loss or damage.
